As FBC's 21st employee, I have utilized my background in all things technology to help FBC grow to over 1200 employees while expanding from a single office to over 50 locations. My advice to anyone is to surround yourself with the best team possible. I couldn't have done it without an amazing team of smart people. Secondly, never stop educating yourself. There is so much to learn, especially in the world of technology.
