Fall : CYBM 5020 - Cybersecurity Infrastructure and Spring : CYBM 5021 : Internet and Network Security Online - Master's level course toward student's M.S. in Cybersecurity. - An introduction to Internet and Network security, protocols, blue team, red team, & purple TTPs, information system infrastructure and will focus on data communications and networks. Discussions will cover layered network architectures and communication hardware. Emerging technologies such as social media, mobile computing, cloud computing, big data, SCADA, and the Internet of Things are examined.
Project based work with local businesses will be part of the curriculum to include hands on work identifying and remediating basic security hygiene issues.
