As the lead for the Air Force Test & Evaluation Assessment Management (AFTEAM) Project and, the former AFCSAT Project, in support of the Air Force 346 Test Squadron. I lead an innovative team of engineers and supporting staff who test and evaluate computer security/information assurance products and solutions for the United States Air Force in order to secure and advance the overall state of critical information systems. The AFTEAM Project has been directly involved with the test and evaluation of products spearheaded by the 24 AF. This includes but is not limited to Antivirus Quarantine (AVQ) GPO, CTO(USB) GPO, DoD Visitor, and Commercial Mobile Technology (CMT).

As a Computer Security Engineer, assigned to the (General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems Missions Systems Research and Development Team and the Cyber Defesne and Forensics Team), I assisted in the research and development of computer security solutions for both the public and government sectors. He was involved in research and design, infrastructures, and capabilities of computer networks and systems. Including Intrusion Detection Systems, Firewalls, Routers, and various Operating Systems. Tasks included evaluation, configuration, modification, and maintenance in a test environment. I evaluated maintained and modified software programs in the test environment that achieved CMMI Level 5 accreditation. Performed network protocol traffic analysis, forensic data gathering and penetration testing for both DOD and commercial customers including the United States Air Force and TJX Corporation.

As a Computer Security Engineer, assigned to the (Air Force Information Warefare Center Engineering Analysis Team (Currently known as the 92nd IOS), I conducted vulnerability assessments (penetration testing), product testing, and developed security solutions in an effort to maintain and secure Air Force Bases world wide. This included, but was not limited to network security scans, system vulnerability evaluations and product testing. Emphasis was given to enforcing Air Force Policy at a global level in order to maintain secure systems and networks.

With over 16 years experience in the design, test, and implementation of Information Assurance products for computer information systems. I have designed and improved testing methodologies to aid assessment precision and execution. With many years of experience in the implementation and test of various Intrusion Detection Systems, Cisco Routers and Switches, firewalls, proxies, and similar devices. As a test engineer for General Dynamics I assisted in the research and development of security solutions for both the public and government sectors and as an ethical hacker conducing vulnerability assessments (penetration testing) for the United States Air Force as a government employee. Directly involved in high profile projects, such as the US Air Forces Block-30 selection team, and the computer security incident response team that responded to the TJX customer information breach. Currently I am the task lead for a team of eleven engineers and technical writers providing evaluations of operational efectiveness, suitability, and capabilities; for the Air Force 346 Test Sqadron. The 346 Test Squadron is the official operational test organization for HQ Air Force Space Command for Cyberspace acquisitions.
