budgets, resources, and changes to scope).

Project Manager
Served as aviation installation director over the main operating base in Kabul and forward operating base in Kandahar, Afghanistan. Responsible for advising, assisting, and representing the Department of State Airwing/Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Office of Aviation (INL/A) in all facets of installation management, staff control, and supervision of installation managers. The installation provided support services to 400-750 government civilians and contractor personnel. Continually coordinated with various managers, special staff elements, and tenants.
