• Determined needs and implemented new technology to improve business processes. Included using tablets to streamline customer interactions, and use of video technology to reduce travel between sites. Redesigned data/phone WAN from T1 to Fiber.
• Moved documentation from paper based system to online system using SharePoint
• Migrated email from internal Exchange servers to Office 365 for main business and two related businesses.
• Developed and updated IT strategy to support business requirements moving many systems to the cloud and providing enhanced resiliency for all systems.
• Programmed, maintained and enhanced Mitel phone system. Led team examining phone usage providing automated prompts to get customers to the correct extension more quickly. Implemented automated dialing systems for reminder calls saving 4-6 hours per day.
• Worked with Business Intelligence team to structure data for analysis using SQL. Reduced extraction time from 3 days to less than one hour allowing analysis to be run monthly instead of annually.
