In 2009 was part of an executive team that successfully split and started up INCOVA Technologies and what is now HUSCO Automotive (from HUSCO International). Lead and managed the technologies team that designed and executed all aspects of the facilities startup, data center build, ERP data migrations / transformations and all other business related software, systems and data.
As a technology professional I have lead several operations / logistics projects incorporating both LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies to improve inventory planning and manufacturing execution processes. These projects resulted in the implementation of both software / hardware solutions along with process and procedure changes to improve productivity, reduce manufacturing lead times and improve inventory availability and accuracy.
