- Act as Information Security Officer ensuring that regulatory requirements (including GLBA, BSA and HIPPA) are met to protect the confidential information and physical security of customers and employees.
- Critical role in the conversion of all banking systems from Fiserv Premier to FIS Horizon.
- Develop and maintain Information Security Program comprised of numerous policies to govern technology use, data loss prevention, systems design, testing, intrusion prevention and incident response.
- Develop and deliver regular Information Security Training to all staff.
- Report to IT Steering Committee quarterly to identify areas of improvement for prioritization, efficiency and evaluation of security trends.
- Manage vendor management and systems risk assessment processes.
- Identify and implement solutions to improve network and systems efficiencies including migration of WAN service provider, colocation facility for disaster recovery and business continuity considerations, Exchange and files services replication and failover, enterprise backup, document imaging system and workflow solution, system lifecycle and asset management.
- Critical oversight of the establishment of new financial centers.
- Oversee managed service providers including a team of tier I and II helpdesk personnel.
- Manage connectivity of 10 locations across Northeast Florida.
- Received no critical findings during regulatory, internal and external audits/exams.
