I was responsible for analyzing and assessing a BCBST’s technological infrastructure to ensure processes and systems run accurately and efficiently. My key role included being responsible for the management and delivery of IT and business process audits to ensure business risks are identified and catered smoothly. I enhanced my abilities in this job by providing recommendations and guidance on identified security risks, business risks and control deficiencies.
