About
My research is in machine learning. Over the years, I have applied it to natural language processing, bioinformatics and steganography. In addition to those topics, I am interested in data analytics, digital security, and aspects of physical computing (e.g. robotics, drones, mobile and wearable computing, 3D printing).
I am also interested in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education, specifically in the disciplines of Informatics and Computer Science -- to help students realize how vital and creative these fields are, and to engage the students to learn them.
Specialties: machine learning, data analytics, computer security, informatics and computer science education.
