As an IT Service Desk | Network Technician at AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF), I provide high-quality IT services and technologies to the largest global AIDS organization that serves over 1.5 million people in 45 countries. I am passionate about enhancing the efficiency and productivity of AHF and its clients through innovative and secure solutions.
With over four years of experience in the IT industry, I have developed a strong skill set in networking, operating systems, desktop applications, and security tools and protocols. Some of my recent achievements include leading the replacement of retired Dell desktop equipment with refreshed Windows 11 Enterprise machines, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues for users across multiple sites and platforms, and implementing and maintaining security standards and policies. I hold CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications, and I am currently pursuing CCNA certification to build up my skills to become Network Security Engineer
