Nearly 20 years experience in Information Technology field in a variety of roles as individual contributor and a leader. Most recently spent 2 years as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt which has been the most fulfilling work of my professional career. I am passionate about process and quality improvement, and teaching/training, mentoring others on the benefits of Lean Six Sigma.
