I am responsible for managing the risk to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. Additional projects and responsibilities of mine include :
• Logical access (accounts) provisioning, de-provisioning, and routine, documented auditing.
• Management of Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for employees and students.
• Overseeing and operating the institution's SIEM system and performing data analysis used for building and maintaining management reporting, anomaly alerting, and executive dashboards.
• Risk assessments and gap analyses for information security guidelines and standards such as NIST SP 800-171.
• Administration of Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Office 365 (including security functions such as eDiscovery and compliance), Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS), and endpoint management software.
• Policy management.
