I worked on solving customer tickets through the ticket resolution system Remedy.
This required documentation and timely, responsive, technical support and customer service. This position required the use and knowledge of Active Directory for imaging systems and verifying customer information. It also required knowledge of remote administration software such as Windows RDC and Dameware. In addition, a large portion of tickets involve networking such as port security, reserved IP, and using the Fluke tool to assess port availability.
Other software used : Windows 7 & XP, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Reader.
