With over 18 years of work experience in network operations and information security, I am a passionate and dedicated professional who strives to safeguard the data and communications of America's Credit Union and its members. With multiple security certifications and a strong background in network administration, routing protocols, firewalls, and security policies. I am motivated by operational goals and the services that enhance the lives of our communities. I value teamwork, innovation, and integrity, and I seek to contribute to the organization's culture of excellence, trust, and collaboration.
As an Information Security Officer since 2015, I am responsible for overseeing and implementing the security strategy, policies, and procedures for the organization's Information Security Program. I work closely with the IT team, management, external partners, as well as chair the Information Security Committee to ensure compliance with industry standards/regulations, identify and mitigate risks, and respond to incidents and threats. Responsible for providing training and guidance to staff and members on best practices and awareness of cybersecurity issues.
