About
First and foremost, I am passionate about leading my team to success by fostering community, collaboration and trust. With a firm understanding of Agile for development, I strive to implement a similar ideology within my support team’s daily structure. I am curious by nature, always working to find ways to help my team work smarter and achieve their goals.
In my spare time, my inquisitive nature leads me down the path of discovery in many areas. Gardening disciplines such as aquaponics, hydroponics and container gardening take up much of my time, along with outdoors pursuits such as camping and canoeing. I find ways to incorporate these interests into my work by using cross-over skills such as patience, innovation, and partnership to lead teams by example and with collaboration.
As a former engineer with experience in cryptography, security disciplines and infrastructure support, I have an innate understanding of the principles required to successfully support security applications. At the same time, I realize that my team supports me by helping teach me nuances of support that I wouldn’t have learned otherwise.
