I have managed an IT enterprise, led complex IT projects, and managed diverse project teams. I have designed strategy, implementation and support for information infrastructure systems incorporating both hardware and software for POS, credit, payroll, purchasing, forecasting, scheduling, meaningful use, and web-based sales solutions. An IT veteran with experience in support, management, ITIL certified, and PMP certified project management. Extensive project management and consulting experience includes data security compliance for credit cards (PCI-DSS) and healthcare (HIPPA).
As an accomplished problem solver, I pinpointed causes and formulated solutions to achieve outstanding results. I conveyed information to diverse users through updated reporting programs and designed software solutions that delivered increased performance and enhanced customer satisfaction.
I earned my MBA from Xavier University, and my BA in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. I worked full time throughout college to support my family.
