Data-driven management :
• Created streamlined processes to regularly track capacity, work in progress, velocity and used this data to help the team make informed decisions on what to work on next.
• Created automated Jira dashboards to help teams determine what our velocity is, sprint recommendation for upcoming sprints, and tickets that need attention because of carryover.
• Developed trackers to make sprint goals and roadmap visible to all team members as we plan upcoming work.
• Developed annual/quarterly planning processes that let all team members feel engaged as we plan for the next half (created Miro templates for this).
Agile project management :
• Facilitate standups, sprint planning, retro, refinement for multiple teams.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data from sprint retros, velocity data, and overall team feedback to co-create team norms and processes.
P1 incident management :
• Facilitate timely retros with key stakeholders on P1s that occurred.
• Manage and track the completion of action items that resulted from P1 retros.
Contribute to the PMO (project management office) :
• Created content for the PMO’s internal website alongside a group of contributors.
• Created bi-annual/quartely planning templates on Miro that were used by other members of the PMO.

• Created an organized system for teams distributed across multiple time zones to collaborate and communicate with each other.

• Managed a team of 6+ data analysts on behalf of a contract that supported the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid to send email, phone, and SMS outreach to consumers of healthcare.gov.
• Collaborated with an internal engineering team to maintain a robust data pipeline, documentation for an audit, and overall upkeep of our database.
• Liaised frequently with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and two external marketing organizations to help gather requirements, set priorities, and designate tasks internally.
