About

My journey in I.T. started in 2012 in the Cisco Networking Academy Vocational, followed by a degree in Cybersecurity from Baldwin Wallace. I then started a role as a SOC Analyst at MCPc, followed by my last role as a Cybersecurity Analyst at Applied Industrial, and my current position as a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst at the Cleveland Clinic.



Due to MCPc being a managed service provider, I have had the opportunity to work with a strong variety of business platforms including Medical, Finance, Manufacturing, and many more. As such, I have gained experience using a variety of tools and functions while complying with relevant industry standards and frameworks under each platform.



In my last position at Applied Industrial Technologies, I was engaged in a number of different areas as it pertains to cybersecurity including endpoint, email, and network security, along with an assortment of broader security controls including vulnerability management, zero-trust initiatives, project management, and process improvement.



Over this course of time, I've also dedicated myself to obtaining multiple relevant industry certifications along the way and am currently seeking my next certification challenge. I currently have over 6 years of professional experience in an IT Security role.
