Successfully deployed an enterprise wide IT solution that restored printing services after a Microsoft update that broke the MDF printers in service across the USCG network
I locally engineered a plan , proof of concept and deployment documents for capture or scaled distribution of AD HOC local solution to restore printing and scanning
Worked with GS-14 and GS-15 leadership from a different organization and my input and analysis of the Software Management Tool data set netted my organization 2 FTEs while removing cumbersome roles of the RACI matrix that where outside of our scope of work
I built an EXCEL worksheet to track current FY22 procurements’ future use and lead time needed for FY23 procurement , options and mod execution
I created a live pivot table in current use by SHA that tracks by past due , due this month and due by end of the FY22, it is scalable to future FY’s
Tasked to work with the toughest issues in our department as we crossed the end of FY21, a Continuing Resolution, Holiday and COVID shortages and the delayed release of FSMS, our new financial system.
Helped the Desktop image team resolve several build and deployment issues that were possible work stoppages and beneficial to the whole organization
Supported my old position officially for 3 months while on-boarding to DHS. I tasked the contractor that use to be my lead and helped the successfully transfer to current USCG leadership
SHA POC for technical and on boarding support of USCG’s contract staff of 8 full time teleworking employees
