Senior Cybersecurity Network Analyst
The Information Professional (IP) duties include all things relating to communications to include data networks, telephony and satellites. I worked at the Naval Satellite Operations Center (NAVSOC) in Point Mugu, CA for 2 years as the operations floor manager. I supervised 13 Government Civilians (GS-11). After that I spent 2 years in Norfolk, VA assigned to the USS Iwo Jima (LHD7) as the ADP Systems Officer. I oversaw the shipboard network during a 9 month deployment to the 5th and 6th fleet areas. I have earned my Information Dominance Warfare Officer qualification and the Intermediate level qualification for IPs.
