Very talented individual with 10+ years experience in IT operations. Demonstrated track record of key systems implementation including data centers consolidation and optimization. Proven expertise in software/systems integration and deployment. Currently the Lead Certification Engineer for all IT shipboard systems at Royal Caribbean, I make sure that new systems are properly vetted for defects inclusive of all single points of failure before introduction in our shipboard environment. My position also includes defining some of our internal IT processes and occasionally driving stalled projects to completion. My IT expertise is particularly aimed at assisting the brand augment productivity by reducing systems failure rates and ultimately increase profitability through guest experience satisfaction. My constant interaction with the fleet and key involvement during Newbuild phases makes me well versed with regards to IT shipboard operations.
