• I managed both remote and co-located matrixed team members in a distributed environment to execute projects that included (but not limited to) : Security Architecture, Identity & Access Management, Document/Data Encryption, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), Application Security, PCI (payment cardholder industry), Email Migration, and Compliance/ Governance & Risk

Oversaw GBT’s SecurityScorecard ranking activity to see an increase from a D score to an A
Managed an Email Migration project whereby we migrated the acquired company’s Office

• Created a project workflow Swimlane chart to help manage the incoming and outgoing work from Sales to Project Management to Support
