About
Jennifer is the Chief of Staff to Meta's Chief Information Security Officer. She was previously the Developer Ecosystem Programs Lead for Meta's Reality Labs Partnerships, leading a global team to build Meta's augmented reality programs to engage with top creators and agencies. She also led Meta Developer Circles, Meta's largest global developer program with 300K+ community members across 170+ cities. This program aims to empower and create local multipliers by supporting individuals at every stage of the developer journey to build new products using Meta platform tools, advance technical skills, and grow careers. This is achieved through scaled developer initiatives and partnerships to drive technical training, local meetups, global hackathons, and access to Meta's developer networks around the world.
Jennifer was also a Strategic Partner Manager on Facebook's Products Partnerships team. She drove relationships with developers, startups and businesses to build, grow, measure and monetize using Facebook and Messenger platform products, with a regional focus in the Middle East and Africa. Jennifer also proudly served on Facebook’s Women@Facebook committee and helped launch the Women of F8 Breakfast initiative.
Having launched her career as a CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) in Canada, Jennifer combined her strengths in financial analysis and business acumen with her interest in emerging markets. This brought her on a rewarding journey to work with international organizations in the US, UK, China, India and Ethiopia.
In 2014 Jennifer completed a year long assignment with the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency to support the Ministry of Agriculture's Growth and Transformation Plan 2011-2015. Using strategic planning with multiple stakeholders, design thinking, and technology, Jennifer worked on solutions related to climate and environmental sustainability on a national scale.
She founded Cooking With Mama, a startup which empowers women with work-readiness skills and grants to build their own culinary businesses in London and Berlin.
Jennifer holds a dual MPA in International Development from Columbia University and the London School of Economics.
