• Develop and perform strategic searches for confidential management and director level positions when requested by clients.
• Handle salary negotiations & closing of candidates when requested by clients. Also consult with compensation experts in the industry to ensure clients are remaining competitive with salary structures.
• Conduct evaluations of clients’ applicant tracking systems and train end users on methods to optimize their efficiency with the systems they have in place.
• Assist clients in building a knowledge-base on OFCCP compliance and ensure proper maintenance of OFCCP throughout the recruiting process.
