Brought in to be the Director of infrastructure for a high risk startup business that would provide insurance, mortgage, retail banking, brokerage and credit card services to customers. These services were provided through a number of Software as a service vendors integrated through an azure API gateway. I was responsible for bringing in vendors that could build out the Azure cloud infrastructure on a extremely compressed timeline. Once built was responsible for building out the policies, procedures and change management processes to support the infrastructure. Provided support for 125 employees and 45,000 customers.

o Network using Sonicwall and Meraki firewalls in local offices
o Change Control process following ITIL best practices.
