Responsibilities include the daily management of the Network operations in three cities in North Carolina. Responsible for maintaining equipment and providing resources to ensure the organization has a successful implementation and testing of Disaster Recovery plan to include a hot site for operations in the event of a regional disaster. Supervise personnel in the execution of their duties to include Virtualization, VMware, Windows Servers, Linux servers, Microsoft Exchange, Avaya VOIP, Cisco Routers and VPN’s using Cisco PIX, and ASA Devices. Directly coordinate for purchasing and maintenance of hardware from major manufacturers and wholesalers to include but not limited to Dell, HP, and CDW. Ensure the organization continues to be current on licensing requirements for all software used in the execution of the Firms business. Perform duties as the security manager in support of the owners to include compiling policies, conducting audits, and penetration tests. Directly coordinate and recommend contracts on behalf of the Firm to include budgeting for all outsourced software developers. Supervise all team leaders assigned to the IT Department to Include Virtualization Administrator, Network Administrator, and Distribution Team Leader, and HotDocs Lead Programmer.
