About
I am an Associate Director - Cybersecurity at AT&T, with over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud management, and software development. I hold Microsoft certifications in Azure fundamentals and security engineering, and I have skills in software development, cloud administration, cloud security, and Azure DevOps.
As a technical leader and a strategic thinker, I oversee a team of developers working on automation and orchestration of essential, next-gen security functions for the AT&T Network. We work in a custom, agile DevOps model with deliverable functions across Cloud and AT&T's Network, using Azure and other cutting-edge technologies.
I am also a mentor, a volunteer, and a culture champion, who empowers and inspires others to identify and achieve their goals, both personally and professionally. I mentor individuals both at AT&T and outside, focusing on individual growth, business understanding, and collaboration. I volunteer for causes that support veteran's education and Hispanic youth. I also contribute to the Marty Org Culture Team, delivering actionable plans and organization culture initiatives that impact over 350 people. I am passionate about creating value, building trust, and fostering accountability in everything I do.
