State of Nevada, Division of Welfare and Support Services
Information Security Officer
In 2017, I felt the need to start working on a book that I have been thinking about for several years. My book is about how to manage people in the work place in a way that uses human psychology and is in concert with how the mind prefers to process information. I have learned about these principles from observation, research, and implementation of the ideas over most of my adult life. This approach produces happier and therefore more productive employees.
My book is designed to be a reference book for people that manage people. It will explain the concepts and discuss them in some detail, but it is really designed to get you to understand and think about the concepts and how to implement them yourself. I explain why each idea is important and provide insights as to why they work.
My book is editing right now. Will be looking to publish in 2018!
