- Layered network access based on asset risk and exposure
- Backup and disaster recovery planning and testing
- Proactive monitoring of key assets
Major projects included :
- Highly available (HA) network redesign and implementation for a large California County Office of Education
- Corporate datacenter migrations of core networking and virtualization components.
For clients who needed white glove treatment :

- Was available 24x7 for ad-hoc client technology needs
- Provided remote and onsite support for client devices
