the Chief Technology Officer & Chief Information Security Officer (CTO/CISO) serves as a visionary leader and key collaborator with St. Mary’s University department leaders, faculty, and with peer IS leaders to deliver reliable, quality, viable, and secure solutions, and services to the university community. Reporting to the Vice President of Information Services (CIO), the CTO/CISO exercises operational oversight of information systems/services and complex projects that are essential to achieve the mission of the University. The CITO/CISO works closely with the CIO and other key Information Services staff to establish a technology vision, strategy, and plan for long term sustainment for the University information resources. The CTO/CISO will focus on maintaining, improving, modernizing, and securing all information resources used by the University.

Executive Director, Infrastructure and Enterprise Services provides leadership to the staff supporting the network infrastructure, campus phones, information security and enterprise systems (Banner). The Executive Director oversees a staff of approximately 10 technical professionals including the direct supervision of the Director of Infrastructure and Security, the Director of Enterprise Systems & Services and the Operations Coordinator/Technical Writer. Working closely with the Infrastructure and Enterprise Services staff, the Executive Director is responsible for providing innovative and cost effective solutions, project management, tracking, communication and prioritization as well as setting the strategy and goals for these areas. The Executive Director is a key communicator with other members of the Information Services department as well as a representative to other campus community members.
