Repairing computers (currently learning to repair Macintosh computers), managing user accounts leveraging Microsoft Active directory and command line tools. I manage tickets and get tasks completed in a timely manner using tools like Service Now, and Jira. During the pandemic I have also worked extensively with citrix and citrix director to manage virtual machines for end users.
