Ensuring our documentation is in alignment with our various compliance required frameworks and regulatory guidelines, such as : NIST, PCI-DSS, SOC2, SOX, and FTC, is of the utmost importance. I monitor and manage the documentation for the required annual renewals. Participating in regulatory and internal audits allows me to stay abreast of any requirement changes that may affect our policies and update them as necessary.
Always looking for opportunities for process improvement led me to collaborate on establishing an automated review/approval workflow for our Confluence repository of over 120 documents to ensure they are renewed on time in an efficient manner.
