Federal contractor with the Office of Personnel Management in conjunction with the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) required exceptional organizational and planning skills. Managed multiple caseloads, set interviews, crafted case notes and reports using multiple databases to thoroughly screen applicants. Corresponding documentation included sensitive material containing personal identifiable information (PII) and copies of SF-86 questionnaires used to certify federal government applicants deemed suitable to serve in a sensitive national security and/or public trust capacity. Operated autonomously and remotely with minimal supervision. Conducted face-to-face and phone interviews regarding applicants' entries on SF-86 questionnaires, and verified records from employment, education, residential, and court/criminal dispositions. Interviewed a variety of military, contractor, and government employees. Selected to participate in a temporary duty assigned (TDY) located in Livermore, CA supporting background investigations for employees at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.

Reports allowed decision-makers to assess and decide additional supervision, restrictions, or further rehabilitative treatment.
