Provide the most effective technical training to Honeywell Process Solutions customers on the installation, configuration, implementation, administration and maintenance of their Honeywell Experion Process Knowledge Systems. Instruction is provided at Honeywell Automation College of the Americas locations, as well as customer site locations.

Troubleshot, maintained and upgraded Honeywell process automation controls applications and equipment (Experion and TDC 3000 Distributive Control System), to include the configuration of Native Window data points and graphics. Consistently met or exceeded critical network communications equipment uptime goal of greater than 98%. Managed DCS alarms and took corrective action where necessary to eliminate nuisance alarms. Monitored and reported DCS performance metrics on daily basis. Developed and documented workflows, procedures and standards that reflected associated industry best practices.
