I am responsible for attracting the best and brightest talent for internship opportunities at SC Johnson, specifically from UW-Whitewater. I am part of the UW-Whitewater Advisory Board, I attend the Fall Career Fair every semester, and maintain a relationship with key partners at the University to keep the partnership and collaboration between SCJ and UW-Whitewater at its peak.
During my tenure as Campus Lead, I have had recruited 2 or more interns each year from UW-Whitewater and converted 4 interns to full time hires post their successful graduation.

My focus and passion is leading the End User Computing team, driving all things Endpoint, Virtualization, and Mobility. Maintained all experience and responsibility from my previous title (Associate - End User Productivity) and gained additional expertise with stretch assignments and new platform ownership outlined below
- Subject Matter Expert : Citrix NetScaler
Designed, upgraded, and implemented our Global NetScaler environment to match industry standard best practices for routing, switching, and load balancing of our Virtual Desktop environment. This was a stretch assignment for me and I was challenged to work across towers to communicate requirements of this new platform, learn the new platform, and implement changes and upgrades without compromising our Virtual Desktop environment. Since these changes, NetScaler is one of our most stable platforms in our tower.
