Responsible for the statewide cybersecurity program to safeguard citizen information. Through planning and collaboration, the cybersecurity program has matured from a IT-centric focus with traditional defenses to an adaptive security ecosystem supported by robust policies and collective effort with business and emergency management partners. Established and lead the IT Security Group (ITSG) responsible for cybersecurity planning, operations, and incident response; developed the NH Cyber Disruption Plan (NHCDP) in partnership with NH Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM); created and Chair the Cybersecurity Advisory Committee (CAC) which consists of business information security officers/designees and emergency management representatives; is the NH Primary for the Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center (MS-ISAC), Center for Internet Security (CIS); and recently established the NH Cyber Integration Center (NH-CIC), co-located at the Incident Planning and Operations Center, consolidating and centralizing cybersecurity operations.
