About
For over two decades, I've been on a mission to make a lasting impact in underserved communities across New York City. My journey has allowed me to witness the challenges faced by those affected by poverty and the immense potential for change and progress when the right support and determination converge.
Making a Difference
Low-income communities are confronted by a myriad of obstacles that obstruct their path to progress and transformation. From issues like violence, domestic abuse, broken families, addiction, incarceration, and inadequate access to education, healthcare, and nutrition, to the heart-wrenching challenges of homelessness and self-esteem struggles – the list is extensive. Early on, I recognized that I had an opportunity to contribute to a solution. I committed my time, talents, energy, and resources to make a difference.
Tech Solutions for Social Change
As a technology professional, I've harnessed my expertise to design and implement technical solutions that directly enhance the lives of underserved communities. This includes spearheading systems initiatives that optimize technical processes and providing guidance to young adults through technical training and coaching programs. It's a privilege to serve in a role that lets me utilize my technical proficiency and coaching skills to assist those in need.
Transformative Coaching
In my capacity as a professional life coach, I partner with individuals and families, helping them discover the tools and resources required to overcome personal life challenges. Through the power of self-reflection, goal-setting, accountability, and one-on-one support, I've helped individuals develop goal plans that serve as roadmaps towards progress and success.
The Path to Prosperity
Today, I have the honor of serving as the Executive Director of the National Instructors Institute at NPower. In this role, I work diligently to align corporations and non-profits to create pathways to prosperity. We do this by launching digital careers for our military veterans and empowering young adults in underserved communities. I firmly believe that with the right people, the right mindset, and a profound commitment to serve, we can foster strong partnerships that generate much-needed progress in the communities that need us most.
