I am a seasoned executive armed with a deep understanding of technology, a natural curiosity, and an unyielding drive to solve world-changing problems. As a part of Knightscope, I am at the forefront of creating a safer America through innovative robots and prediction algorithms.
With a foundational grounding in Computer Science (BS & MS), I've evolved from an engineer at heart to a leader of engineering teams, designing solutions for real-world challenges and developing groundbreaking products. Regardless of the pressures or deadlines, I thrive under pressure and pride myself in my ability to make critical decisions swiftly and effectively.
Currently, I'm leveraging my extensive business acumen in board roles, with expertise spanning across Marketing, P&L, Operations, Compensation, Technology/Digital, and Cybersecurity.
As a woman in Robotics/AI, I'm passionate about breaking the Silicon Valley gender barrier. I actively mentor other women and advocate for diversity in STEM fields. I'm an Executive Mentor for the Department of State's TechWomen initiative, and a member of the US Department of State Speaker program, dedicated to empowering women globally.
