Kemtah was purchased by Belcan in 2017, and I have been working for them since May 2012.
* Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
* Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure existing hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage etc in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
* Engineering of SA-related solutions for various project and operational needs.
* Contribute to and maintain system standards.
* Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as back ups.
* Create, change and delete user accounts as requested.
* Repair and recover from hardware and/or software failures.
* Upgrade and configure systems as per operational needs.

I am providing volunteer services to create system images of laptop computers used in their computer literacy project to facilitate preparing the computers for future classes with a consistant operating environment. I provide support for office computers and network connectivity, and I am writing IT Security Policies to govern the use of their IT resuorces.

I became the Secretary of the Board beginning July of 2016, I am responsible for the recording of meeting minutes and various decisions made by the board. I am the Chair of the IT Committee. I make recommendations to the Board for the IT Budget, and provide direct IT support for the office staff.
I provide Cyber Security guidance to the Staff and Board members in addition to regular check ups on the office IT systems.
