Developed solutions to onboard regional centers with a streamlined and duplicable process. Also developed a solution to onboard local centers with ease. Increased total number of fully operating world-wide centers from 3800 to over 4800 centers within a 3 year period.
Implemented enterprise-wide solutions used in the deployment, maintaining, and lifecycle management of corporate infrastructure with over 75,000 end-user machines, several thousand servers, and myriad peripheral equipment. Implemented enterprise tools and the many skills I gained while employed at Microsoft and Intel.

I am an individual with a unique set of skills from a wide range of fields such as technology, construction, business management, and intelligence. I have degrees in Building Construction (General Contracting), Information Technology, and Business Management. I hold many certifications, licenses, and accreditations in each of those fields.
I love taking on complex issues and seemingly impossible tasks, those that require deep intellect, focused thought, attention to detail and the ability to understand things from a micro and macro level. I also love working in a hands-on manner. Most of all, I thoroughly enjoy interacting with, and servicing the needs of, others. I find great satisfaction in resolving difficult issues, the successful completion of projects, and, most of all, in helping others achieve their goals, both personal and professional.
