About
As I reflect on my varied experiences as a system administrator, I find that have been engaged in the many areas of information security. Whether that be asset [site management and data center experience], networking [engagement with network support teams for DMZs, ACLs, etc], identity management [Active Directory, NDS, FIDs], security & system engineering [configuration management, etc], or vulnerability / threat management [system policies, McAfee EPO, Symantec ESM, etc]. Many of these roles have also required strong communication and project management skills, which all serve me well in my current information security position.
