Created an application/network monitoring center leveraging tools including Intrascope, Sitescope, Splunk, Foglight, and combined with traditional SNMP tools and developed executive monitoring dashboards to centrally monitor critical applications, thereby increasing availability, reducing restoral times, and hardening security against external attack.
* Responsible for $2M Infrastructure portfolio that executed projects which addressed stability and risk issues by improving application resiliency through virtualization, improved monitoring and automation that reduced costs associated with people hours lost or failed customer interactions by eliminating failures, improving mean time to restore and overall availability.
