After successfully transforming the global cyber business and achieving exceptional growth in both orders and revenue, I was tasked with building a team focused on global strategic accounts and building the Americas sales organization, which included enterprise, direct, and indirect businesses and sales engineering.
In 2021 and 2022, I made significant progress towards these goals, including hiring new sales team, designing and implementing a new GTM and sales strategy that grew the business massively, focusing on landing high margin, fast revenue conversion deals, and achieving 9% year-over-year growth in orders and double digit growth in revenue compared to negative growth in the previous year. I also secured major enterprise multi-site deals and landed multiple new logos.

Head of Cybersecurity Sales and Business Development, Global strategic Accounts Sr. Director
Purpose-built Role for building the first global sales engineering/technical solution consulting function within Honeywell Connected Cyber. This involved hiring and promoting technical consultants around the world, building processes, and functions to enable the new pre-sales function and integrating with CRM, creating standard RFQ responses, playbooks, and complex scope proposal templates. In addition to building the global sales engineering group, I was also responsible for the global financial results and for overseeing a team of BDMs focused on growing sales over Honeywell Process Solutions' installed base.
Key achievements :
• Built a global sales engineering organization by hiring the best consultants from around the globe
• Created processes and procedures for the sales engineering and sales support organization
• Developed a standard onboarding training process that allowed new hires to be productive within two months of joining the team
• Created libraries for standard responses to RFQ/RFI/RFP, resulting in a 60% enhancement in response time
• Created templates for cybersecurity complex design proposals, reducing the time needed to
produce technical proposals in two weeks to 5-7 days
• Developed a standard enterprise OT cybersecurity program
• Designed the GTM and product strategy for Honeywell's next-gen MSSP, the first OT-focused active
monitoring and incident response product (AMIR)

Global Technical Solution Consulting Director- Industrial Cyber security
This Role was an Additional Business and People Transformation Role. As a global sales leader, I held financial responsibilities for developing a new business transformation strategy with new GTM and sales strategies to maximize results over the existing Honeywell Process Solutions installed base and grow both orders and revenue. A major challenge in this role was hiring new teams and getting results at the same time, as well as driving part of the sales with hired TSCs who had no prior sales experience. I covered the entire EMEA business (enterprise, installed base, and indirect), the Americas HPS installed base, and the APAC HPS installed base. My results included :
• 65M$ of orders representing 165% of the assigned annual operating plan
• Developing and growing the cyber business in new regions and verticals globally
• Landing multiple new logos and the largest contracts ever and achieving sustainable double-digit year-over-year growth in both orders and revenue despite COVID challenges, with most of the orders coming from new verticals and in new regions. Specifically :
o In my first year, I achieved 31% growth year-over-year
o In my second year, I achieved 23% growth year-over-year
o I also had nine team members who were first-time sellers and were members of the HCE 100% Club for two years.

I was given a purpose-built role to start a new line of business inside the Cybersecurity group as Enterprise OT Cybersecurity and support its merging with Honeywell's new startup, Honeywell Connected Enterprise.
Key achievements in this role included designing and owning the execution of GTM and sales strategies for the new business line of enterprise industrial cybersecurity globally, designing a customer success process for land and expand (pilots to orders), and coaching the sales team to transition from a site focus to a multisite and enterprise focus.
