Chase had introduced a new Rewards Platform (aka Ultimate Rewards) for its Chase Credit Card customers. Competition in the credit card industry has influenced Chase to introduce this Rewards program. With this new program, Chase can offer its customer a sophisticated platform to redeem their Reward points earned during the use of the credit card. This program will work as an add-on service to lure new customers to use their Chase Credit Card. After the initial success of the Ultimate Rewards Platform, several additional releases were conducted to gain enhancements on the platform.
