Starward Enterprises LLC
Science Fiction Horror Writer & Cybersecurity Student
• I created and managed the content calendar for the Quantum Fiber blog while balancing a broad range of writing, editing, and management responsibilities.
• I hosted quarterly brainstorming sessions, which give SMEs from across the organization the opportunity to directly contribute to the QF blog strategy.
• I pulled analytics for the Quantum Fiber blog and write data analyses for MDU and Small Business based off the metrics. I used Google Analytics and Hotjar to offer meaningful suggestions on how they could improve their click rate. I observed a sharp uptick in clicks after this strategy was implemented.
• I wrote and edited ~10 blog articles for the QF blog every month. Security and networking are my areas of expertise, but my well-rounded research skills allowed me to cover a broad range of topics. I left space for “as needed” requests, and re-arranged the blogs accordingly if a new project with a tight deadline pops up.
• For each blog, I pulled keywords using Semrush and considered their impact when weighed against our team strategy.
• I posted all blogs to WordPress and ensure they’re optimized above 90% (using the AISEO plugin). I personally aimed for at least 95% with every blog.
• I networked with a broad range of internal stakeholders to learn more about our products, and most importantly, to strategize about how we could share them with the world.
• I managed our projects on Monday.com, and am extremely adept at using this tool to track time and ensure maximum productivity.
