In my role as Competition Director, I am directly accountable to our sponsors, partners, teammates, and drivers for the competition readiness of their karts from safety to all variables of speed. My primary responsibilities include continuous improvement and rapid optimization of processes that produce results on and off the track. Winning is always the goal, but I never miss an opportunity to learn, teach, and shape and influence the hearts and minds of racers of all ages. I love to serve our drivers and the racing community in every interaction. I work for them!
