I am a seasoned cybersecurity executive and advisor with over 12 years of experience in managing security programs, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance across various industries and domains. I have earned 46 certifications in technical, leadership, and cross-functional areas, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development. I also am apart of the teaching team at Harvard University for an advanced cybersecurity and risk management course.



As the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) at RSM US LLP, I collaborate with senior executives and business leaders to align security initiatives with the firm's strategic goals and risk appetite. I oversee the security strategy, design, and implementation for the government contracting sector, as well as the security due diligence and integration for mergers and acquisitions. I also ensure compliance with various security and privacy standards, such as SOC2, CMMC, ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITRUST, CCPA, CPRA, UK-GDPR, GDPR, GLBA, and more. Additionally, I manage incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning and testing, following the best practices of the Center for Internet Security (CIS) 18 Critical Controls and cloud security for Amazon Web Services, Azure, and Google Cloud.



My passion is building mature, scalable security programs that empower business goals and pave the way for the cybersecurity leaders of tomorrow. I am actively involved in the cybersecurity community, serving as an advisory board member and actively involved in CISO Executive Networks. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and insights with peers, students, and aspiring professionals, and I am always eager to learn from others and explore new challenges and opportunities.
