Key Achievements :
• Process Improvement; recommended and implemented changes which streamlined training and communication, directed policy changes, and process adjustment as tasks and the mission changes.
• Developed and coordinated an educational program partnership which included managing a $2.1M budget between the Joint Staff, the National Defense University and the National Intelligence University which resulted in 80 senior civilian and military personnel obtaining advanced Intelligence degrees.
• Coordinated combat skills, Counter intelligence (COIN) training, culture and language training for SOCOM officers and senior advisors.
• Facilitated the transition of the Joint Staff/J-5 directorate to the government virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) which included the disposition of 25 secret and unclassified desktops.

• Expertly managed a $34M Department of Defense Intelligence Information Systems (DoDIIS) Transfer Initiative; achieved 100% accountability of information security assets and documentation of billets and personnel.
• Served as a member of the DoDIIS Way Ahead Tiger Team, accounted for the acquisition/ consolidation of over 500 IT billets which led to a seamless transfer of military personnel and billets.
• Worked hand-and-hand with the office of the Chief Financial Executive (FE) personnel which led to 95% accountability of all personnel and billets.
• Assisted in preparing vital HR and information security policy and negotiated support agreements to set the foundation for DIA to support over 500 newly acquired military personnel under DoDIIS.

Retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer with a current Top Secret/SCI clearance and over 20 years’ human resource, human capital and project management experience coupled with 10 years of exceptional ability to design, plan and manage cross-functional programs and large-scale projects; codify milestones, feasibility, logistical needs, resource management and risk assessments of each project. Educated in Information Technology (IT) which includes my Bachelors of Science degree in Cyber security from University of Maryland University College (UMUC) coupled with a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification (Aug 2016) and Security + (Oct 2014). My intelligence background and system security posture skill sets are very extensive and incorporates various positions in which I served within the Department of Defense at organizations such as the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and was embedded with the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) in the Pentagon.
