In my roles at StreamSets, I created upsell and cross-sell opportunities as well as penetrated high priority groups within targeted F500 companies. This position required collaboration with Strategic Account Executives, Marketing, and frequently C-level leadership.
My customer advocacy role required that I work with and support strategic clients to advocate on their behalf with the objective of cross-selling and upselling - I achieved 300% of goal objectives in this position.
I developed outreach messaging across various selling channels and streamlined processes for sales funnel for both in-bound and out-bound leads and also created and lead internal trainings and on-boarding new hires for StreamSets' first sales development and mid-market sales team.

About
Prior to starting in enterprise technology sales, I received my Masters degree and worked for several years as an Occupational Therapist. I've found that the foundational skills I built in my healthcare career have translated quite nicely into the tech space. I've now been in tech for 5 years.
I've predominantly worked in the Big Data and Cybersecurity spaces for StreamSets, Darktrace, Cloudera, and Imperva. I'm currently the Data Security Solutions Specialist for the western US. I'm responsible for customer and internal education, building pipeline, and executing the full sales cycle. More than anything I am focused on guiding customers as they work to protect their most valuable asset - data.
Beyond work, I really enjoy rock climbing, yoga, and hiking. I travel as much as I can; I'm currently saving to take a trip to Japan with my partner. Let me know if you have recommendations!
