- Strategize, create & lead the Cyber Fusion Center which includes 24x7 SOC and CIRT functions by providing operational and strategic direction to leadership on the threat landscape while organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources in a matrix structure, across time zone and national boundaries in time of Cyber crisis.
- Responsible for enterprise-wide vulnerability and malicious code management programs, desktop and mobile endpoint protection, including working to develop and mature capabilities to support these areas.
- Ensure timely reporting of metrics, security control gaps, vulnerabilities to leadership by providing quantitative insight into security posture, including maintaining and responding to changes in operational indicators and metrics.
- Create and oversee penetration testing and vulnerability management efforts. This includes threat hunting and emulation (red team/purple team) efforts designed to detect and repair vulnerabilities across the enterprise network, determining where the architecture lacks sufficient security controls that could be exploited by an adversary.
- Lead the creation of playbooks to ensure effective response during a significant event.
- Lead the development and execution of regular crisis management exercises to include full simulations and table tops across Chemours business lines to drive continuous improvement, awareness and education.

Global Manager - Cyber Defense Tools and Threat Intelligence
Direct support to all AES Strategic Business Units (SBU's) related to Cyber-security requirements along with regulatory requirements within individual SBU's. Responsible for the collection and analysis of multiple open source and subscription data points to create intelligence that focuses on strategic adversarial activities. The position also focuses on collecting, cataloging and analysing Security Operation Center data point as well as tools, techniques and procedures used by adversaries.

Global Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst
Interim - Managing and overseeing the local business Cybersecurity Program as a defined component of our global program, helping to standardize and improve cybersecurity across AES. Responsibilities as follow :

I’m a System Engineer with 16+ years of working experience in the Critical Infrastructure Sector (Energy, Chemical & Financial Industries). Having a successful background in the IT & Cyber Security fields, People Management, Project Management and contract negotiation in order to secure assets, minimize cost and achieve the optimization of the organization landscape . I consider myself as People/Results oriented person.
Through the years, I had the opportunity to work in a large and complex Power Generation and Distribution Company. I play an integral role in providing excellent day-to-day Cyber-security and IT Infrastructure leadership and guidance to a group of high level professionals engineers located in different countries, as well as implementing relevant projects impacting the organization strategy and goals.
I have served as IT field Support engineer, System Administrator, IT Infrastructure Analyst (Networking), IT Infrastructure Analyst (Hosting and Servers) later as IT Infrastructure Manager at AES Dominicana attending the Dominican Republic business. Since 2013, I've served as Regional Manager for different IT and Cybersecurity areas of AES MCA&C SBU which includes AES Panama, AES El Salvador, AES Dominicana, AES Mexico and AES Puerto Rico businesses. Since 2017, serving as the Global Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst and recently, since November 2018, acting as the Global Cyber Operations Manager (concluded in February 2019) and USA Cyber-Security Program Manager for The AES Corporation.
More recently appointed as the Global Head of Cybersecurity Operations for The Chemours Company, overseeing a very dynamic and global team of professionals.
